Terms & Conditions
1. The Return Play May promotion will be held at SKYCITY Darwin from Sunday 1st to Tuesday 31st
May 2016.
2. The following are ineligible to enter this promotion:

Spouses and/or de-facto spouses of SKYCITY staff
Persons under the age of 18 years
Any person who at the time of the promotion/draw is excluded under the relevant
provisions of the Northern Territory Gaming Legislation
Premier Rewards Sapphire members
Players of IB-Domestic or IB-International Business levels
3. This promotion is exclusive to Premier Rewards loyalty program members in the Diamond,
SKYROOM Bronze, SKYROOM Silver and Lotus tiers.
4. These members are eligible to participate in this promotion when playing electronic gaming
machines using their membership card.
5. Members can receive a ‘Return Play’ May bonus based on their tier, for points earned on
electronic gaming machines, when they make a return visit within 4 days.
6. This promotion does not include points earned on any table game or Rapid Roulette/Baccarat or
Vegas Star.
7. When a member earns a certain number of points in a day, they will receive bonus return play if
they return and play within 4 days. Points required and return play bonuses are as follows:

8. A member must earn the required number of points in a day prior to midnight. Points earned
after midnight will start accruing for the followings days’ Return Play Bonus.
9. On their return visit, within 4 days, the member is required to insert their membership card in
to an electronic gaming machine and commence playing, whereupon their return play bonus will
be automatically awarded by the system if they achieved the required number of points on their
previous visit.
10. Once the return play bonus is issued to the members’ account, it will expire in 7 days.
11. A member can earn the return play bonus every single day that they visit in the month of May.
12. Having earned the correct number of points for the return play bonus, a member can redeem
the return play bonus every day that they make a return visit (within 4 days) during May.
13. If a member has earned the correct number of points for a return play bonus in the last 4 days
of May, they can redeem their return bonus play in June:

14. Premier Rewards members eligible for this promotion earn points when playing electronic
gaming machines based on their tier, as follows:

$2 Spend = 1 Point
$2 Spend = 1 Point
$2 Spend = 1 Point
15. A member does not earn any points when playing an electronic gaming machine using free play.
16. The return play bonus is issued by the IGT Gaming System as free play / extra credit on to the
members’ account, which they can access and play on electronic gaming machines using their
membership card. No alternative bonuses are offered. Free play / extra credit cannot be
exchanged for cash.
17. In the event of a system malfunction or program error, SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to
make manual adjustments to rectify the problem.
18. As per item 25 of the Terms & Conditions for the ‘Premier Rewards’ loyalty program, ‘Members
are not permitted to accrue points or benefits as a result of play by another person’. If a person
is using a members card that is not their own whilst playing on a gaming machine, that person
and/or member may no longer be eligible to participate in the promotion.
19. SKYCITY Darwin Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. In
the event of any dispute, the decision of management is final subject to (upon request) a
review by the Director General of Licensing, Gambling and Licensing Services, NT Department
of Business.
20. SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of this promotion at any time.
21. SKYCITY Darwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the bonuses, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
22. SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to use publicity photos, in any reasonable manner they see
fit, unless that person advises SKYCITY Darwin at the time of entering the promotion that they
wish to retain their anonymity. Entrants also acknowledge that their photo may be used for
promotional display at SKYCITY Darwin or on the SKYCITY Darwin website.
23. Your information is used for the purpose of entering you in the promotion. We may also send
you information about our products and services. You may request access to your information
and request that it be corrected at any time. If you wish to request access to or to correct your
information or if you have any queries regarding our privacy policy, or if you do not wish to
