Toassureorderlyoperations,andprovidethebestpossibleworkenvironment,theFoundationexpects
employeestofollowrulesofconductthatprotecttheinterestsandsafetyoftheFoundationandour
employees.
TheFoundationreservestherighttodeterminewhatconductmaybedetrimentaltothesafetyand
welfareofitsemployeesoroperations.Wecannotanticipateeverypossiblesituationthatmightarise,
butthefollowingisalistofsomeofthesituationsthatcouldresultindisciplinaryaction,uptoand
includingdischarge:
• Neglectofjobresponsibilities;
• Unauthorizedorexcessiveabsencesorexcessivetardiness;
• Unprofessionalbehavior;
• Falsifyingormakingmaterialomissionsonanemploymentapplicationoranyothercompany
record;
• TheftortheunauthorizedremovalorpossessionofFoundationproperty;
• BreachofFoundationrulesorpolicies;
• Breachoflawortherightsofanother:
• Conflictofinterestortheappearanceofconflictofinterest;
• Theuse,possession,distribution,purchase,orsaleofanyillegalsubstanceonFoundation
premises;
• Sexualharassmentorotherunlawfulharassment;
• Actualorthreatenedviolence;
• PossessionofweaponsonFoundationbusinessorpremises;
• Insubordinationorotherdisrespectfulconduct;
• Unsatisfactoryjobperformance;
• UnauthorizedreleaseofconfidentialinformationabouttheFoundation,itsgrantees,or
vendors;
• Misconduct;
• NoncompliancewithFoundationadministrativepolicies.
