Registrations 2016 Dates: Saturday January 30th 2016 Sunday January 31st 2016 Saturday February 6th 2016 Sunday February 7th 2016 All registration days will run from 10am – 2pm. Venue: Chittaway Oval Chittaway Road – Chittaway . We accept EFTPOS, cash or cheque or contact us to organise on-line payment. All registrations must be paid in full before a player can be registered and allocated to a team. On-Line Registrations will be Available from the 4th January 2016 at http://www.myfootballclub.com.au/index.php?id=3 We urge everyone to register online then come along to our registration weekends to organise gear. All new players will be required to provide identification. Fees, Discounts & Refunds Registration Fees 2016 Under 5-9 = $175.00 Under 10-11 = $185.00 Under 12-16 = $195.00 Under 17-18 = $210.00 Student = $280.00 Senior = $330.00 * Age groups are based on the age the player is turning in 2016. Discounts: Life member 50% off. Registration Refunds Policy All requests for refunds are to be made in writing or emailed to the Treasurer and the Registrar ([email protected] & [email protected]) Refunds will not be considered once teams have been nominated to the CCF. An administration fee of $25 will be deducted from the registration refund. All Refunds are given at the discretion of the executive committee. Registrations will close at 2pm on Sunday the 7th February. Anyone wishing to register after this date will only be accommodated if there are positions available and a late fee of $20.00 will apply. Due to CCF requirements it is vitally important that we get registration in on time. If you cannot make registration weekends or are having financial difficulties please feel free to contact us to make alternate arrangements to avoid the late fee. Merchandise All players require BVSC socks and shorts which are available for purchase on the registration days. (While Stock Lasts) All players must provide their own shinpads and soccer boots. All Under 5 players will receive a pair of socks as a part of their registration fee. Identification All new players will require identification i.e Birth Certificate, Passport, Drivers License, etc. Match Fees Match Fees per match per TEAM (Please note this is different to prior years). Is it the responsibility of the team manager to collect the fees and pay place them in the provided envelopes each week. It is the responsibility of each player to pay their even share of the match fee each and every week. Grade 5 - 7 Fixed $10 per TEAM per game both home and away Grade 8 - 9 Fixed $15 per TEAM per game both home and away Grade 10 - 11 Fixed $25 per TEAM per game both home and away Grade 12-16 Fixed $40 per TEAM per game both home and away Grade 18 Fixed $55 per TEAM per game both home and away Seniors All Grades Fixed $65 per TEAM per game both home and away Any player that is currently unfinancial with Berkeley Vale Soccer Club will be refused registration and not released to another club until payment is made in full.
