Eligibility and Judging: The selected person will be a current or past member of IEEE who has had a strong impact on influencing students, young engineers or young faculty members to further their professional careers in the areas of RF/Microwave and/or Wireless Engineering. Factors to be considered are leadership, innovation, dedication, distinguished service and breadth of participation.
