the services of technical office at ŽSR in 2012
1. General provisions
Železnice Slovenskej republiky (hereinafter referred to as “ŽSR”) shall offer supplementary
shunting services and services of the technical office at ŽSR in 2012 in its Product list in
terms of the Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic no. 513/2009 Coll.
on railroads and on amendment and completion of some acts as amended by later regulations,
pursuant to § 37, § 54, paragraph 2 and 3 and pursuant to the Annex no. 13 part B, paragraph
3c), 3d).
By the means of the product list the ŽSR shall establish a price offer of supplementary
shunting services and services of the technical office for railway undertakings (hereinafter
referred to as “RU”) in compliance with Directive on provision of supplementary services of
railway infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as “RI”) managed by ŽSR.
Determination of price for the supplementary services is not covered by a „Decree of the
Slovak Railway Regulatory Authority” laying down the extent of regulation for
accessing the RI in range of the minimum access package and the track Access to service
installations.
Products and services not included in the Product list have to be arranged separately and shall
be accounted separately as well.
Additional services shall be charged in compliance with the Act of the National Council of the
Slovak Republic no. 18/1996 Coll. on Prices as amended by later regulations, while the
volume of these services are demand driven and shall be imposed only on those railway
undertakings who submit the binding order according to the Directive on provision of
supplementary services of railway infrastructure (RI) managed by ŽSR.
2. Invoicing the performance of supplementary service
In support of the rail transport outputs carried out by RU, the ŽSR shall provide additional
services, which comprises provision of shunting services and services of the technical office.
Prices listed in paragraph 3 shall correspond to staff deployment during standard working
hours. ŽSR shall be entitled to arrange and invoice individually the charges for supplementary
services carried out beyond standard working hours and services not included in the price list.

For ordering of overall supplementary shunting service and/or service of the technical office
the following appreciation shall apply:

For ordering of particular actions referring to supplementary shunting services and services of
the technical office otherwise then by an overall order, the following appreciation shall apply:
