Course Description
本課程旨在介紹面對全球化衝擊的組織中人們的心理與行為,重要的研究議題包括組織領導、員工
的動機激勵、組織情緒、組織文化、溝通與衝突、組織學習與變革、…等。瞭解各個議題的相關重
要文獻、截至現階段的重要發現及亟待探討之問題。另外,本課程並進一步介紹心理學的理論觀點
及研究方法在組織管理領域中的應用長處與其限制。

瞭解組織心理學範疇主要之研究議題。。

瞭解各個議題的研究成果以及尚待解決之問題或爭議。

具備分析組織問題、以及初步從事組織研究之能力。
