North American Indigenous Games 2017 – Trials Registration
Instructions



All athletes and coaches must become members of Canoe Kayak Saskatchewan prior to
competing at the Team Saskatchewan trials for NAIG 2017. If you are not a registered
member through one of CKS’ affiliate clubs, please register as an individual member.
ALL forms and payment must be received prior to the start of the event for participation
to be sanctioned.
Please submit the following forms:
Trials Registration form
CKS Participant Agreement (All athletes MUST sign a Participant Agreement. Parents
must sign if the athlete is under the age of 18)
CKS Individual membership form
All fields are mandatory except the email address. Please enter email addresses
wherever possible so we can let team members know about the camps and training events
for the 2017 North American Indigenous Games.
