A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable after 6 weeks prior to your
course commencing. A full refund of your deposit will be available should Freedom-Outdoors cancel
your course for any reason. Full payment is required 6 weeks before the course starts.

Freedom-Outdoors would like to remind you that participating in outdoor and adventurous activities
involves an element of risk. You will be supervised by a highly qualified instructor, however outdoor
activities can be hazardous and accidents can occur.
Terms and Conditions
On receipt of your deposit (or the full payment) your place on the course will be confirmed. Full
payment is due 6 weeks prior to the course starting.
Everyone must complete a participant consent form before starting the course. If anything
changes in your medical situation between filling out the form and starting the course please let us
know.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your place on a course for whatever reason we will endeavour to re-sell your
place. If this is possible you will receive a full refund less 10% admin fee, on or as soon as possible
after the start date of the course. If we are unable to re-sell your place the following costs apply:
75% of total course cost if you cancel up to 6 weeks before the course start date.
100% of total course cost if you cancel within 6 weeks of the course start date.
In the event of Freedom-Outdoors needing to cancel a course a full refund or alternative dates will
be offered.
Insurance
Instructors at Freedom-Outdoors hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance. It is
recommended that you take out your own personal accident insurance that will cover you for personal injury and also personal possessions if you require. We recommend Snowcard for personal
accident and cancellation insurance for climbing, scrambling, mountain walking and paddle sport.
