Official Rules and Conditions of Eligibility
Players revealing a “TPD” symbol in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area of their
Platinum Rewards Scratch-Off ticket will be eligible to enter the Top Prize Draw for the
Platinum Rewards scratch-off ticket $1,000,000 Top Prize!
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Platinum Rewards Top Prize Draw, you must have a Platinum Rewards scratch-off ticket with a “TPD” symbol in the play area.
Mail your Platinum Rewards scratch-off ticket with the “TPD” symbol in the play area along with your name, address (and optionally, phone
number and/or e-mail address) on the ticket back to:

Entries may be mailed by placing appropriate postage on the upper right hand corner of the back of the ticket or by placing the ticket in
an envelope no larger than 4-1/2” x 9-1/2” in any direction with appropriate postage. All entries must contain a Maryland postmark. Each
mailing will be considered as one entry, even if more than one Platinum Rewards ticket is enclosed. This Top Prize Draw is not a 2nd chance
drawing and no tickets other than Maryland Lottery Platinum Rewards scratch-off tickets (game #736) with a TPD symbol may be
used to enter this drawing. The winning entry will be selected in a random drawing. A drawing may include any random selection event.
The Platinum Rewards Top Prize Drawing
will take place at least 182 days after the Last Claim Date.
Entry deadline and drawing date will be announced.
To enter this Top Prize Draw, you must be 18 years or older, and you must be a legal resident of the United States. This drawing is governed
by these Official Rules and Conditions of Eligibility.
The Maryland State Lottery Agency (“Lottery”) reserves the right to reschedule any times and dates regarding this drawing, if necessary,
without advance notice. In the event the Lottery receives an excessive number of entries for this drawing, the Lottery reserves the right to
conduct one or more pre-drawings to determine the final entries for the Top Prize Draw.
CLAIMING:
The winner of the Platinum Rewards Top Prize Draw will be notified via telephone and/or certified mail to confirm eligibility. The winner
will be advised, at the time of notification, of claiming procedures. The $1,000,000 Top Prize must be claimed in person at the Maryland
Lottery Baltimore Customer Resource Center, Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Boulevard, Suite 330, Baltimore, MD
21230. Winners must complete a Lottery Claim Form, including Social Security number (SSN), and must provide proof of their SSN and
must furnish photo I.D. proof of being at least 18 years of age. Prize must be claimed within 182 days of this Top Prize Drawing. Allow
a minimum of 15 business days after the Lottery receives a claim for the Platinum Rewards Top Prize Draw $1,000,000 prize for delivery of
payment.
Prizes cannot be transferred or assigned. All applicable state and federal taxes, and any child support arrearages, criminal restitution
owed, and other outstanding state debts will be withheld from the Platinum Rewards Top Prize. Further amounts may be owed. Winner is
responsible for all taxes, including income taxes.
OTHER OFFICIAL GAME RULES:
By submitting an entry, you agree to participate in any Lottery event, including any Lottery event that may be taped or televised, or to send a
proxy who will participate. The Lottery reserves the right to approve or reject any proxy designated by the entrant. All entrants in any taped or
televised Lottery event also agree to behave in a reasonable, respectful and cooperative manner and to not be under the influence of drugs
or alcohol. Entrants also agree to wear at any taped or televised Lottery event clothing that contains no logos or writing, and the Lottery
reserves the right to determine what clothing is acceptable for appearing on the taped or televised Lottery event. The Lottery also reserves
the right to require the entrants to wear clothing provided by the Lottery. The Lottery reserves the right to appoint a proxy or a stand-in if the
entrant’s clothing or behavior is not acceptable, or as otherwise determined by the Lottery, in the Lottery’s reasonable sole discretion. The
Lottery reserves the right to make any changes in scheduling, taping or airing of any TV event and any event held in conjunction with it.
By submitting an entry for this drawing, you consent and agree to the following: a) to publicity and to have your name, photo, and/or
hometown aired on TV, radio, and other media and in other publicity, as well as used in Lottery publications and advertisements, Lottery
mailings, and/or other Lottery-related activities including mailing lists, b) to participate in a check presentation ceremony as determined by
the Lottery, c) to sign news and press release forms and d) to sign waivers and releases of all liability.
Employees of the Lottery’s vendors, including its advertising agencies, their subcontractors, or the Lottery’s broadcast station, WBAL-TV,
and/or any member of their immediate family (spouse, child, parent, or sibling) living in the same residence are prohibited from participating
in this drawing. Maryland law prohibits an officer or employee of the Maryland State Lottery Agency, or any individual who is a spouse,
child, parent, or sibling of an officer or employee of the Maryland State Lottery Agency who resides in the same household as the officer or
employee, from participating in this drawing.
Receipt of an entry will not be confirmed or returned. Once submitted, all entries become the property of the Lottery. At the conclusion of the
drawing, all non-selected entries may be destroyed or used by the Lottery.
Participants release and hold harmless the Maryland State Lottery Agency, the Maryland State Lottery Commission, the State of Maryland
and their members, agents, employees, and representatives (jointly, “MSLA”), from any liability arising out of participation in this drawing,
or out of the use, misuse, or acceptance of a prize. MSLA is not responsible for any negligence of any person, or any claim, liability, injury,
property loss, or other damage of or to participants, contestants, winners and/or their family members or guests arising from or in connection
with either the use or misuse of prizes awarded or with participation in this drawing or in any event or occurrence related to this drawing.
On average, the estimated probability of receiving a “TPD” symbol is 1 in 15. The probability of winning the “TPD” prize of $1,000,000
will be determined by the number of entries received. The Lottery is not responsible for names announced or published in error. By
participating in the Platinum Rewards Top Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Conditions of Eligibility, in addition
to any applicable laws and regulations including the Maryland State Lottery Law and Regulations. The Lottery will make all determinations
concerning the validity of entries, winners, and other decisions required under this drawing. The decision of the Lottery shall be final. The
Lottery reserves the right to modify without notice any rule and any times and dates when circumstances warrant, and when it is in the best

The following are not valid entries and will not be considered or entered in the drawing: any incomplete or illegible entry; any entry that
does not comply with these Official Rules and Conditions of Eligibility, including but not limited to, any ticket that is stolen, copied, irregular
in any manner, or for which any of the Lottery’s validation tests does not confirm apparent or asserted Lottery symbols or numbers; and/
or entries received in any manner other than as stated in the Rules. The Lottery accepts no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, stolen,
misdirected, or incorrectly addressed entries. PERSONS ALTERING ANY LOTTERY TICKET ARE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION.
