So please be prepared to wait in line if you intend to register using one of the clubs laptops and internet access 2 Cost: $50 per player Every player will be required to pay $50: Please refer to the below information regarding player numbers $130 for immediate siblings of 3 or more (birth certificates may be required to receive a family discount) Payment to be paid into the clubs bank account Central Coast Junior Touch BSB 032523 ACC 320851 Individual Payments Reference childs name and age group Full team payments please reference team name (Cost includes new 2014 playing shirt) REGO PACKS AVAILABLE AT www.centralcoasttouch.com ENQUIRIES: [email protected] REGISTRATION & GENERAL INFORMATION Team Numbers: U8 - 6 a side with a minimum 8 and a maximum 12 U10 - 5 a side with a minimum 8 and a maximum 10 U12 - 6 a side with a minimum 10 and a maximum 12 U14 - 6 a side with a minimum 10 and a maximum 12 U16 - 6 a side with a minimum 10 and a maximum 12 u12s 14s 16s teams who don’t have 10 players may be given individually registered players to make up the minimum team numbers. U8s & u10s teams who don’t have 8 players may be given individually registered players to make up the minimum team numbers. Teams who want to have less than the minimum requirement and don’t want any individually register players added to their team will be required to pay an additional fee. Please contact Paul Farah for the more information. 3 Minimum Age: to be eligible to play in the 2014 competition you must have been born in 2009 or before. Representative Players: The clubs policy is that no team can have more than four Central Coast Dolphins representative players in the one team. The exception to this rule is if players played in the same team last season before they became Central Coast Dolphins representative players then they can stay together. However the committee has the final say on the makeup of all teams so if you are not sure please send the club a team list so you have plenty of time to find new players if the committee decides that your team is to strong. Competition Format: Games will be 2 x 20 minute halves or 30 Minutes straight: This will be determined by the number of team entries. Time slots will be 4.15, 5.00 & 5.45 All age groups will be required to play at all times The venue is at Adcock Park, West Gosford. 4 The “Drop off” Rule will apply only in Semi-finals and Finals if fulltime score is a draw. Uniforms: Team Shirts: Players will be provided with a playing shirt and these must be worn when playing. Once shirts have been distributed to all teams no unauthorised playing shirts are to be worn on the field. Playing bare foot is not permissible. Shoes without screw in studs or cleats are to be worn (joggers are permitted) JEWELLERY is not permitted – this includes any body piercing, earrings, watches, rings and power bands. Game start times: There will be a short warning hooter followed by a long hooter to sound the start of the game. TIME WILL COMMENCE WHETHER YOUR TEAM IS ON THE FIELD OR NOT. Forfeits: Teams that notify the club before 3pm on the day of competition and will receive zero competition points and a 5-0 loss. Teams that forfeit. Notification can be emailed to [email protected] or 0410305771 Draw: The draw will be available on the Central Coast Touch website under the fixtures and results tab and on the notice board at Adcock Park on game day. 5 Cancellations: Notifications of cancellations of games due to wet weather will be 1: Text message sent to team manager 2: Posted on Facebook 3: Posted on the clubs website. These processes will take place at 3.20pm. The club will attempt to catch up cancelled games with double headers however this will depend on the number of games cancelled and the amount of teams entered into the 2014 competition. ALWAYS assume touch is ON unless you receive information through 1 of the 3 notification processes above. Injuries: All injuries must be reported to canteen area immediately after the game is completed. Injuries not reported will not be eligible for insurance cover. Insurance: Players registration fees include a compulsory insurance levy that is taken out by Touch Football Australia. All players are covered by Sportscover Insurance. Disputes: Any disputes or complaints regarding rules or regulations of Central Coast Junior Touch must be forwarded to the junior coordinator in writing at [email protected] Council Requirements: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted anywhere near the fields during Junior Sporting Events by order of Gosford City Council.
