NASHVILLE&LOSANGELES(June18,2017)–AEG,theworld’sleadingsportsandlive
entertainmentcompany,andSouthwestValuePartners(SWVP)announcedtodaythatthetwo
companieshaveenteredintoanagreementthatwillallowAEGtopurchaseafour-acreparcel
oflandtodevelopanewmixed-useentertainmentdistrictatSWVP’sNashvilleYardsin
downtownNashville,TN.
TheagreementfurtherexpandsAEG’sportfolioofmixed-useentertainmentdistrictswhich
includessuchrenowneddestinationsasL.A.LIVE,TheO2(London,England)andMercedesBenzPlatz(currentlyunderconstructioninBerlin,Germany).AEGwillworkcloselywithSWVP
tointegrateallaspectsofthenewentertainmentdistrictdevelopmentatthecenterofthe
NashvilleYards’siteintotheinfrastructure,architectureandpedestrianconnectivityofSWVP’s
alreadyannouncedproject,resultinginadynamicmixed-usecommunitythatwillfeaturea15acremodernurbanretail,hospitality,creativeClassAoffice,residentialandentertainment
offeringintheheartofNashville.
AEG’splannedmixed-useentertainmentdistrictwillbeanchoredbya4,000-capacitymusic
venue,aflagshipRegalCinemasluxurytheatrecomplex,a600-700-capacityliveentertainment
club,anapproximately240-roomboutiquehotel,andavarietyofotherentertainmentand
foodandbeverageofferings.
