At the point of purchase, Keysight’s
instrument quality is backed by an
industry leading 3-year standard
warranty.
Standard Service Period
After the standard warranty ends,
Keysight offers a full range of
calibration and repair services and
agreements up to 5 years after
we discontinue manufacturing the
instrument.
Extended Service Period
Five years after the instrument’s
discontinuance, Keysight continues
to provide ESP repair and calibration
services until you transition to new
technology.

Extended Service Period (ESP) Repair
Agreements
ESP repair agreements ensure the highest conidence that your
instruments are operating to warranted speciications over their
lifetime at the lowest maintenance cost. We guarantee that we
repair and calibrate instruments to our OEM quality standards so
that measurements are accurate and repeatable.

Services on Extended Service Period
Models
Keysight offers per-incident repair and calibration services in
over 50 service centers worldwide on a growing list of thousands
of older models.
One-year or multi-year ESP repair agreements are available on
many instruments that continue to be used in critical test
applications.
