On any HSE South East networked computer, go to
www.hselibrary.ie/southeast and select UpToDate
from the list of resources centre screen.
You may choose your own username and
password which you will need to install the
UpToDate app on your phone or mobile device:
 usernames must be 6-50 characters and
may contain numbers and the following special
characters:
- _ @ # $ * ! () + =
 passwords must be 8-24 characters and
must contain at least one uppercase letter and
one number or special character: - _ @ # $ * !
() + =
Installing the
UpToDate app
… and that’s it!
On the top right-hand corner of the UpToDate
homepage, click LOGIN/REGISTER.
Download the UpToDate app for Android, iPhone,
iPad or Windows 8 and sign in with your username
and password.

On the next screen, complete the
form entitled REGISTER FOR IMPORTANT BENEFITS.
 PLEASE NOTE: in order to continue to use the
app, you must sign into your UpToDate account on
any HSE South East networked computer at least
once per month. Go to the UpToDate homepage
and click LOGIN/REGISTER. Sign in with your
UpToDate username and password. Your access to
the UpToDate mobile app will be extended by
another 30 days.
