Your service team includes: Underwriting: The Construction underwriter will partner with the program manager to help you win and retain accounts. Claims: When claims happen, the program manager collaborates with the claims account executive to ensure claims are responded to in a timely manner. Audit: The program manager, together with the audit coordinator, ensures that annual "true-ups" are facilitated and program closeout is executed smoothly. Policy Issuance: To confirm policies and endorsements are issued accurately and in a timely manner, the program manager will coordinate with service operations.
