The program manager will work with you to build the
customer relationship during the project or policy
term by interfacing with a customer service team of
specialists and experts at The Hartford to service your
customers’ accounts. Your service team includes:
Underwriting: The Construction underwriter will
partner with the program manager to help you win
and retain accounts.
Claims: When claims happen, the program manager
collaborates with the claims account executive to
ensure claims are responded to in a timely manner.
Audit: The program manager, together with the
audit coordinator, ensures that annual "true-ups"
are facilitated and program closeout is executed
smoothly.
Policy Issuance: To confirm policies and
endorsements are issued accurately and in a timely
manner, the program manager will coordinate with
service operations.
Billing: Feel confident your customers’ bills will
be accurate and on time – and processes may be
tailored when requested. The program manager
works with the billing coordinator to ensure it.
Risk Engineering: The program manager partners
with the Construction account manager and local
field consultant to make certain everything runs
smoothly from a safety standpoint.
Special Investigations Unit (SIU): If a large or
catastrophic loss occurs, the program manager runs
point with the claims department to facilitate a
smooth hand-off to the field investigator.
@Venture® and The Hartford Loss Connect®: The
program manager requests system setup in both
@Venture and Loss Connect and works with the
account specialists to provide adequate customer
support and training.
