2. AVAILABILITY
Available to all members for all uses for loads not exceeding 15 kW, subject to the Cooperative’s
established Rules and Regulations.
3. TYPE OF SERVICE
Single phase, 60 hertz, at Seller’s standard secondary voltages
4. MINIMUM CHARGE - MONTHLY
Highest of:
1. $22.45
2. $1.30 per kVA of required transformer capacity
3. Contracted monthly minimum
5. WHOLESALE POWER COST ADJUSTMENT
Billing for energy delivered under this schedule will be adjusted up or down according to the
Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment Clause outlined in Schedule “W”.
6. SPECIAL PROVISION FOR SERVICE
The Cooperative reserves the right to measure the demand of any member served on this
schedule. Should such measurements indicate that the maximum monthly 15-minute demand is
greater than 15 kW, the Cooperative may, at its discretion, serve the member on the General
Service – Demand schedule. The cost of any additional metering equipment for such a change
will be borne by the Cooperative.
7. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rate is net and is used to determine bills due by the 20th of the month for bill cycle 1, or
by the 5th of the month for bill cycle 2. The gross rate is 10% higher for the first $25.00 and 2%
higher on the remainder of the bill if not paid by the 20th of the month.
