Interested parties/firms are requested to submit sealed bids for the building.
The Building can be inspected from April 24, 2017, May 05, 2017 during weekdays from 10:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m. at IMSciences.
Bid for building must be made on “as is where is” basis.
Interested parties are required to submit a copy of CNIC along with pay order/bank draft in original
amounting to Rs. 25,000/- in the name Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar as earnest
money (refundable) to participate in the auction.
Bids shall be opened on May 09, 2017 in the Committee Room in the presence of interested parties.
Successful bidder shall have to deposit 50% of the offered price/bid in cash on same day before
closing hours and remaining amount shall be deposited within three days failing which would result
in forfeiture of earnest money.
The successful bidder, at his own cost, would dismantle and remove the building material from the
site within 10 days.
However material shall only be allowed to be moved outside the premises of IMSciences when 100%
amount has been deposited to the Institute.
Whatever cost incur on demolishing and removal of the building material from site would be borne
by the successful bidder.
Any damage that occurs to any property of IMSciences during demolition of the existing structure
and transportation of the debris/material from the site shall be charged to the bidder. The cost of
damage shall be evaluated by the IMSciences Procurement Committee and the decision of the
Committee will be considered as final.
Earnest money of 2nd highest bidder shall be retained till whole amount the bid is received to the
Institute.
In case of failure to submit the whole amount the contract would be awarded to the second highest
bidder, if found above the required price of the structure.
Applicable taxes would be deducted as per government rules. Which is currently @10% of total bid
price.
Taxes would be over and above the bid price of the lot(s).
If for any reason, the office is closed on the date of auction, the auction shall be carried out on the
next working day at the same time and place.
IMSciences reserves the right to cancel the bid process without assigning any reason thereof.
Only one person from each bidding party would be allowed to attend the bidding process.
