TRIPTICO DESKTOP RESOURCES Written by David Riley, these resources are fantastic. If you have a comment or want to feedback, please visit his site (where you’ll find some great online tools e.g. ThinkLink) here: http://www.triptico.co.uk/ WORD MAGNETS Type in the words you want and then choose the background that supports the word based activity that you want to complete – each board is saveable so you can reuse them in subsequent lessons. CLASS TIMER Does what it says on the tin – a timer for timed activities in lessons STUDENT SELECTOR Create a list of student names and then use the Student Selector to choose students either at random or in sequence. TWO TEAM SCORE A team scoring system – just tap the score to add it to the teams total and give each team a name. Like the text spinner this is also saveable for future lessons. Just click the recycle symbol in the bottom right hand corner to begin! Mark Anderson @ICTEvangelist | www.ictevangelist.com RANDOM TASK GENERATOR This app does what it says – it’s a random task generator. WHAT’S IN THE BOX Create a quiz with as many questions as you want (minimum 10 questions) and a prize board with 12 ranked prizes. Load these in and play, ‘What’s in the box’. Students love it and great for engaging competition and checking learning. WHAT’S THE QUESTION In this quiz, you give students the answers to all of the questions on a topic, ranked to either 10, 20 or 30 points each. Students in up to 4 teams choose their answer and then attempt to give the correct question. Competitve. Engaging. Checks learning. Fab.
