Printing a Single Students Report Card
I need to print a single students report Card
First thing I need to do is search for your student as seen below
When I find my student I click on his/her name.
Go to Student Information / General
This is the screen I should see now with tabs across the top
One of these tabs should be grades if you have rights to view grades. We are going to
click on that grade tab.
Then you will see the screen below
Only POSTED grades show up here. If your teachers have posted for that term the grades
will appear in the column for that term. As you can see this student only has grades
posted for Term 1. He left us before Term 2.
Now I want to print out a report card for him so I am going to look at the top where it
says “Choose a Report Card Format” Drop this down and you have some choices to
make.
Your school will probably have more choices but Bernheim is my example and here are
my choices. I have changed students as you can tell because my first student wasn’t here
long enough to get a quarter grade posted. This student is active and has grades posted. I
was able to print out her report card.
I clicked on report card 1
Then I will probably get nothing the first time I do this. I will probably get a yellow strip
saying pop ups have been blocked.
It looks like the screen below.
If this is the case you will have to click on the strip that says
“Pop Up blocked To see the pop or additional options click here…
You click there and tell it to “always allow pop ups from this website”
This will kick you out of your student so you will be starting over
Click Search Student
Lastname, First
Student Information General
Grades
Drop down and select your report card and this time and from now on you should get the
report card to pop up on screen as seen below
Now click print and you can print out this students report card.
