Supplies Needed
(1) Dry or Teflon® based spray lubricant
(1) Clean, dry cloth
Dry or Teflon® spray lubricant
Inswing patio shown throughout guide.
Use caution when working at elevated heights and around unit openings.
Follow manufacturers’ instructions for ladders and/or scaffolding. Failure
to do so may result in injury or death.
Follow instructions of spray lubricant manufacturer regarding
safety, material application and compatibility with this product.

Open door and hold handle down retracting all locking latches.

Rotate
Handle up
and down
Rotate handle up and down to work lubricant into latch housing.
Extend dead bolt to the locked position using dead bolt thumb latch,
and lubricate around dead bolt.

Rotate dead bolt back and forth using dead bolt thumb latch to work lubricant into
dead bolt housing and wipe clean any lubricant overspray with a clean dry cloth.
▶ Multi-point lock maintenance procedure is complete.
