If you are an existing individual licence holder and wish to join an area based licence you do not need to complete all sections of the form. Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Natural England is obliged to take conservation factors into account when considering your application. Designated sites include: National Nature Reserves (NNR), Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), Special Protection Areas (SPA), Special Areas of Conservation (SAC) and Ramsar sites.
