The die protection system protects your die from
both immediate and consequential damage.
Because the system can monitor the strip feed,
ejection of parts, double-layer sheet metal, and
fed parts, optimum protection can be ensured
for even the most complex punching tools. All
types of digital sensors like light barriers, inductive
encoders and tracing pins can be connected.

The cam controller transmits angle-dependent
electric signals for the die monitoring function and
for the feed, slides, cylinders, ejector, and blow-out
air using the following cam types:
- angle / angle, angle / time, advance-adjusted
- number / angle - angle (option)
- number / angle - time (option)
The press force measurement function monitors
the programmed maximum and minimum tonnage values. Envelope curve, teach-in and dynamic
limit functions are also available as options. The
absolute coded angular encoder provides the user
with position values.
