Dear Vendor:
The Flying W Air Show will take place on October 15th & 16th, 2016. The purpose
of the air show is to raise money for our local military families for scholarships
and provide fun and recreation for the entire area.
The Flying W Airport will host the event. It will feature daily exhibits, static
aircraft displays, spectacular aerial performances, and various family activities.
We are now taking reservations for vendors. Spaces will be in our tent and the
outside pool area. Spaces start at 10 ft. X 10 ft. and go up. The cost per space is
$2.50 a square ft or $250 for a 10 ft. X 10 ft. space. No electricity will be available
and all vendors are responsible for all necessary equipment for their setup/display including, tarps, tents, chairs, tables, generator, if needed. We will
issue 2 passes and one vendor-parking permit to each vendor.
Please return your application with payment by September 1, 2016.

Booth Staff
2 vendor passes and one vendor parking permit will be issued to each vendor for
their booth operation. All other requests must be approved. A vendor parking
area will be available for permitted vehicles only.
Providing your own generator?
I,________________ hereby release and hold harmless. The Flying W Airport, of
all manner of suits and claims arising from loss or damage to my person and or my
personal property. I also understand I am responsible for my own set-up/display,
licenses and permits.
