OUSD Performance Management Vision
2
As a performance management team we will build a performance
management culture in which all OUSD teams and employees
understand how their performance is aligned to our districtwide goals for student achievement. We will know we are
successful when every employee:
– Knows and understands the district goals for student achievement,
– Can articulate individual and team goals and targets aimed at critical
outcomes that will contribute to academic acceleration,
– Demonstrates a commitment to the values and practices of a service
oriented culture,
– Has access to and utilizes key metrics to assess performance,
– Frequently reflects on progress, practice, and outcomes,
– Is rewarded for exemplary outcomes and
– Faces consequences and receives differentiated support when they do not
succeed.
