Dear Instructors
It is a pleasure for the ITF of Spain to invite you to the first International
Instructors Course organized by this Federation. The event will be held during
2, 3 and 4 of October, 2009 in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona. The Course
will be instructed by Master Néstor Galarraga VIII Dan, Chairman Tournament
Committee. He will be assisted by Master Jose Maidana and Master Don Dalton
and Master Michael Muleta.
We have already confirmed the presence of many participants from such
diverse countries as Argentina, Ireland, Belgium, USA, Bulgaria, Macedonia,
Germany, Canada, Australia, England and Scotland. It will be a unique
opportunity to enjoy Taekwon-Do in its pure state and to train under one of the
world's most qualified and experienced Masters. Master Galarraga
accompanied General Choi Hong Hi on countless courses and trips and is
looking forward to sharing his knowledge with you in early October.
All the necessary information for this great event can be found below. Please
confirm your presence as soon as possible so that I can organise the necessary
places in the hotel.
The registration will close Monday 14 of September, but I recommend that all
participants should make the reservation before that date. Please complete the

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of this information and the fees
corresponding to the inscription (please see below).

Barcelona, one of the world’s most beautiful cities.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Seminar will develop in the Hotel Front Air Congress (4*)
c/Albaredes 16 - Sant Boi de Llobregat - Barcelona (inside the enclosure of
the mall Al Campo).

The International Seminar will be of red belt (inclusive) in forward and of
14 years (inclusive) in forward.
-
For other categories and ages, there will be 2 Master Class on Saturday
3rd in a boardroom contiguous to that of the International Seminar. In this
Master Class there will be able to take part all those that do not do it in
the International Seminar.

The first 60 new recruits to the International Seminar (with the package
of hotel included), will have a discount.

All the participants will receive tourist information of the city of Sant Boi
and of Barcelona. If you want to extend your stay beyond the Seminar,
please communicate with the organization to ask for information.

It is necessary to inform the details of your flights (arrival and return), to
coordinate the corresponding transports.

It is necessary to complete correctly the information needed in the form
of inscription, to be able to make the certificates and to accede to the
Seminar.

September. It is important to respect this date in order to organize
correctly all the details of the Seminar according to the participants'

Explanations:
- Those participants to the International Seminar, or accompanists, who do not
lodge at the official Hotel and want to take part of the dinner of Friday 2 or of the
luncheon of Saturday 3, the daily cost will be of 16 €, that will be paid in the
Hotel.
- Those participants to the International Seminar, or accompanists, who do not
lodge at the official Hotel and want to use the facilities of the Gym and of the
Circuit Spa, will have to arrange the cost directly in the Hotel.
- If you want a single room, the charge being made by the hotel is 20 € per
night. Need to communicate this in advance.
- All banking income should be sent by mail later to certify the data.
