Conflict exists in every organization and can be a sign of a healthy and productive exchange of ideas. However, it can also be a source of stress and employee dissatisfaction. Conflict can also be the basis of reduced productivity and absenteeism. This workshop will ask participants to reflect on their own conflict style and how to manage it more effectively. Strategies and communication tools for dealing with anger in the work place and how to better understand difference as a natural part of the organizational landscape will be discussed. RSVP
