Ford Telematics Dealer Order Form_UK_V1_Sept2015 VS/16/105 Attachment 2 Form Filling Instructions This form is designed to enable Ford Telematics to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please note that all areas with a white background are compulsory and if you do not complete the white sections your order form will be returned to you for further completion, which may cause delays in the order process. If you have the information for the grey sections please endeavor to add this as well, as it will assist the team in the event of any queries. Service Term, Service Level and Model Type boxes have drop down boxes; please ensure that you select one option for each box by clicking on the down arrow when the box is selected. Similarly the target install date column at the bottom of the form has a drop down calendar, so you can pick your date/s quickly and easily. Please ensure that you have selected the correct Model Type (Check the model code for correct Model Year/s) for each unit ordered, as different model years will require different part numbers. Incorrect model choice could delay the fulfilment of your parts delivery. This form allows you to order up to 10 units in one transaction (assuming you choose the same term & service level for all vehicles listed). If you have a large number of units to order please feel free to use either multiple forms, or provide the information on a separate excel spreadsheet (ensuring that you use the same information and format as displayed on this form). When completing the dealer details at the top of this form, please be sure to complete the details of the receiving dealer/ contact (as this may not be the same as the person/ site ordering parts) FAQs Q) Why do I need to provide the Model, VIN and Registration Number? A) Providing Model Information allows us to supply the correct part number for that vehicle. Providing the VIN number allows us to ensure that we have associated the right vehicle to the right unit and providing the registration number allows us to find the vehicle quickly in the event of a customer query. Q) What do I do if I don’t have the registration number yet? A) If the vehicle has not yet been registered, please make a note in the “Registration Number” column stating “TBC”.
