In addition to our weekly services we offer:
For all sessions priority is given to parents living in the
Children's Centre area. We ask for a voluntary contribution
towards sessions run by the Children's Centre.
Some commissioned services may incur a charge. However,
free and subsidised places are available to eligible
families living in the Children's Centre area.
Please contact the office for further information.
Outreach 1:1 support and home visits as well as
Breastfeeding Support, Introduction To Solids, First Aid for
Parents, Beginner Biking and Parenting Support courses.

You Said, We Did…
We have received feedback from parents and carers about the
recent changes to services.
You told us that you were disappointed that Play and Learn at
Barleyfields on a Monday was running on the 1st & 3rd Mondays.
As a result of this feedback we have reinstated the session so that it
runs every Monday morning (excluding bank holidays).
Because of this change we have needed to re-allocate staff and we
are taking a break from the Monday Pips group. This will be
relaunched after the spring half term – further details to follow.
from 1st May
You told us that you and your children missed coming to Tenterfield
Tots each week. We have taken this into account and the group is
back to every week. This will remain a bookable session.
However, we have temporarily stopped Rhyme Time while we look into
other options to offer this group. Tenterfield Tots incorporates rhymes
and songs at the end of session and this part of the morning will be
extended so that the children have lots of opportunities to join in.
There are a number of community toddler groups running across
the Welwyn and Knebworth Children's Centre area –
please contact us for further details.
