Policy Statement
At Happy Hubbub we aim to provide quality childcare alongside a co working space. Our fees for childcare are
incorporated into specified coworking fees.
Aim
This policy will specify fees for all packages available at Happy Hubbub
Scope
This policy applies to the managing director, parents/guardians and clients of Happy Hubbub
Procedures
We offer a range of packages to suit our client’s needsT e s t D r i v e H u b b u b $ 5 5 – T h i s i s a discounted, no-obligation introductory Day Pass. All-day access to
the coworking space with 4-hour childcare session.
Access Membership - To access the hubbub on an-hoc basis if you cannot commit to regular visits. Access
members pay a monthly fee of $33 plus co-working fees. An additional child is $7 per hour or $25 a session.
Once you have this membership you can access the Hubbub in the following ways –
Hubbub by the hour - $19.80– Coworking with childcare
Flying Solo Day Pass- $44 – all day co-working, no childcare
Day Pass - $71.50 - 1 coworking day with a 4 hour Childcare Session

Office Pass - $88 – Half-day private office with 4 hour childcare session. Includes in office printer and reception
service.
Please note Childcare sessions on a Saturday are 3 hours.
Regular Membership- To access the Hubbub on a regular basis. There are no monthly membership fees. The
following packages are available –
Regular 1 - $264 monthly 1 Day Pass a week; 16 hours of childcare per month
Regular 2- $495 monthly – 2 day passes a week; 32 hours of childcare per month
Regular 3 - $660 monthly - 3 Day passes a week; 48 hours of childcare per month
Regular max - $825 monthly Mon–Sat coworking; 60 hours of childcare per month
Regular Office 1 - $330 monthly - 1 Office Pass (half-day) a week; 16 hours of childcare per month
Regular Office 2- $550 monthly -2 Office Passes a week; 32 hours of childcare per month
Regular Office 3 $770 monthly - 3 Office Passes a week; 48 hours of childcare per month
We will happily tailor a membership if none of these options suit you. Please contact the office.
Studios – It is negotiated with Happy Hubbub depending on the number of people using a studio, and their
childcare needs. For example, a 2-person studio would be (GST inclusive):
$1650 per month, no childcare
$2200 per month, 60 hours of childcare per month
$2500 per month, 60 hours of childcare per month for two children

Regular and Access member fees are paid in advance monthly. Access (casual, ad-hoc) services are paid for at
the time of booking.
For studios (residencies), payment is one month in advance plus a bond of one month up front. Studio
residents have a 3 month notice period to vacate their studio.
Cancellations of sessions require 24 hours notice or the full fee will be charged.
In consideration of our staff, your children and other clients we ask that you pick your children up promptly.
Failure to do so will result in late fees being charged as follows –
1st time you are late - $1 a minute
2nd time you are late - $5 a minute
3rd time you are late - $10 a minute
4th and every time after - $20 a minute.
