Kwandwe has a private bush airstrip on the reserve (coordinates on request). The nearest national airport is Port Elizabeth (PLZ), 160km from
the reserve, with daily flights to Kwandwe’s airstrip. Daily flights from both Cape Town and Johannesburg international airports to PLZ.

A road transfer between Port Elizabeth Airport and Kwandwe is a scenic 2-hour drive
through the rolling landscapes of the Eastern Cape and the scenic Ecca Pass near the
reserve. All vehicles are air-conditioned and stocked with mineral water.

UPLANDS HOMESTEAD: Accommodates 6 adults and 1 infant under 2 years in a cot.
MELTON MANOR: Accommodates 8 adults and 1 infant under 2 years in a cot. Villa rate applies for the first 6 guests, and per person
rates apply for the 7th and 8th guests as follows:
o Children 0 – 5 years stay complimentary.
o Children 6 – 11 years pay 50% of adult rate.
o Children 12 years and older pay full adult rate.
FORT HOUSE: Accommodates 4 adults & 4 children 0 – 16 years, plus 1 infant under 2 years in a cot.

Provisional reservations are held for a limited period (depending of the season), after which time the Agent / Operator / Company is
required to either release the space back to Kwandwe for resale, or confirm the reservation by paying the applicable deposit.
Confirmation of provisional reservations:
Payment of 25% of the total reservation value within 21 days of confirmation (refundable on terms of cancellation).
Payment of the balance due at 60 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS:



Penalty of 25% of the total reservation value if cancelled 90 – 61 days prior to arrival.
Penalty of 50% of the total reservation value if cancelled 60 – 16 days prior to arrival.
Penalty of 100% of the total reservation value if cancelled 15 days or less prior to arrival.
