Course Objective Boom-type elevating work platforms (where the length of the boom is 11 metres or more) means a telescoping device, hinged device, or articulated device, or any combination of these, used to . support a platform on which personnel, equipment and materials may be elevated. A High Risk Work Licence is required for Boom Lifts over 11metres. To provide learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate Vertical Lifts in a safe and competent manner in accordance with workplace requirements. Course Outcome Upon course completion learners will be issued with a Yellow Card Licence from the Elevated Work Platform Association of Australia. A statement of attainment can be issued upon request.
