The ceremonious cutting of an eco-friendly ribbon to launch the opening of Suncoast
Schools Federal Credit Union’s first environmentally friendly branch.

Cerullo will showcase the Credit Union’s retrofit as a net-zero building.

Details:
The Ft. Myers’ branch features:
• LED lighting throughout
• High-efficiency windows and insulation
• Geothermal air conditioning and heating
• 40-kilowatt solar panels to offset electricity
• The branch is expected to use half the electricity of the credit union’s other branches
and the exterior is outfitted with drought-resistant landscaping with drip irrigation
where possible.
