What happened?

Was this result expected?

What were the barriers to lowering the stick?

Would this have been easier for fewer, or only
one person? Why?

How does this relate to chemical safety and
security?

This mirrors the business dynamic of projects
starting out well, but quickly going awry. Why
is that? Sometimes the best laid plans just
don’t work out. What you do as a team when
plans go awry has everything to do with team
work, trust and communication. Teams come
away from this activity with a deeper
understanding of how they work best
together
