Dear Parents,
Here is your child’s second PEP (Personal Education Plan). Please read over the PEP
carefully. For the second PEP, students will have an at home project to complete. The
project is due March 1, 2014. Please do not turn the game in early. All games
must come to school on the 1st. Any games that are turned in early will be sent
home. Students must create a board game to review any phonics rules. It can be
similar to a game they already know how to play.
Game needs to include:
 At least 4 game pieces
 At least 25 colored squares
 At least 20 question cards
 A title for the game on the game board
 Provide written rules for the game
 Board must be the size of 1 file folder (no larger or smaller)
 Needs easy-to-understand rules

If you have any questions please contact me.
