An Easy To Use Service
The service offers access to an airport lounge in the case of a flight delay and is easy
to activate via an online registration process completed in advance of departure.
A confirmation email ensures your customer is aware that their benefit has been
activated before they travel. From the moment of registration, we track the status
of their flight and in the case of a delay we will automatically issue a text message
alerting your customer that an email with a lounge access voucher has been sent to
them. This will then provide immediate access to the peace and tranquillity of one of
over 550 lounges worldwide and in turn generate greater affinity with your brand and
differentiation over your competitors.
Stranded Traveller has already been successfully integrated within our retail travel
insurance brand, Columbus Direct, offering a unique differentiator to our existing travel
insurance product.
