2016-2017 Cheer Worlds Bid Declaration
Champion Spirit Group will award a total of 6 bids to the 2017 Cheerleading World Championships.
The bids will be awarded at CSG Super Nationals on March 11-12, 2017 at the Donald E. Stephens
Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. Below is the declaration of how the bids will be awarded:
2 Full Paid CHEER Bids – CSG will pay registration & travel fees up to a maximum of $650/athlete
times the number of athletes on the floor at CSG Super Nationals, plus 2 coaches per team. These
bids will be awarded to the two highest scores in the following divisions:




Senior Small Level 5
Senior Small Coed Level 5
International Open L5
International Open L6




Senior Medium Level 5
Senior Medium Coed Level 5
International Open Coed L5
International Open Coed L6
 Senior Large Level 5
 Senior Large Coed Level 5
* A minimum of 1 Paid Bid will be awarded to a Level 5 Team.
4 At-Large CHEER Bids – These bids will be awarded to the next four highest scores in the
following divisions:




Senior Small Level 5
Senior Small Coed Level 5
International Open L5
International Open L6




Senior Medium Level 5
Senior Medium Coed Level 5
International Open Coed L5
International Open Coed L6
 Senior Large Level 5
 Senior Large Coed Level 5
* In order to be bid eligible for a bid to the Cheerleading Worlds, 75% of the competitive All
Star & All Star Prep Cheer teams in a program must attend CSG Super Nationals. If your
program is located more than 300 miles from the event or are unable to meet this
requirement, please contact us for alternatives in your area.
