Nut Aware
We have students in our school who are allergic to all nut products. To be nut aware we ask families:
*Send your child with peanut free products for lunch and
snacks.
*Encourage your child to wash their hands before and after
they eat.
*Remind your child not to share their food with others.
Based on individual allergies, other nut restrictions may apply to individual classrooms.
Payments to School
Please ensure payments to the school are made separately for each event, ie. PAC
hot lunch, field trips, school fees etc. All PAC hot lunch payments go to the Peden
Hill PAC and if you are sending a cheque, please make payable to Peden Hill PAC.
Any school activities, if writing a cheque, please make payable to Peden Hill.
Please do not combine payments for Hot Lunch, field trips, fundraising etc as the
payments often go to different sources. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Movie Night
Every Tuesday, beginning October 11th, we are inviting
parents/guardians to join
Stephanie (Community
Schools Coordinator) and
Denise (Youth Care Worker)
in the front lobby from 2:00
pm to 2:20 pm for a cup of coffee. This is a great
opportunity to meet other parents and find out
what’s happening at Peden Hill.
Our November Movie night will be on Thursday,
November 17th from 6 to 8 pm. Students in
grade 3-7 are welcome to attend without a parents/guardian as long as they have a signed permission slip returned to the school. Permission
slips will go home prior to the movie night. Students in Grades K-2 must be accompanied by
an adult, not an older sibiling. The cost to attend is $2 per student and there will be a concession with treats for sale. Movie TBA!
Grade 6/7 Game Night
Peden Hill’s first Grade 6/7 Game Night will be held on Friday, November 25th from 5-8pm. Students
