More than just a Pricing Tool
 The MAPS Tool does more than just price bundled maintenance. It:
- Documents the process steps
- Verifies eligible Machine Type Models (MTMs)
- Calculates approved pricing
- Provides pricing breakdown analysis
- Produces the Warranty Service Upgrade Proposal Supplement including
Terms & Conditions
- Is the pricing approval document for transmittal to the Customer Supply
Organisation (CSO) for ordering

To begin
 Before opening the MAPS Tool :
- Obtain Hardware List Sell price for proposed machine configurations
- Obtain approval for discounting of hardware sell price, if discounting
required. Business Partners please note; for one team special bids
approved with a bottomline price only, the line item discounted price is not
available. Apply the bottomline discount percentage to the line item prices.
