Research Question
A short description regarding the question the project is supposed to answer.
A few sentences is probably enough. Please have in mind that this short
description will be copied to the home page. Could sometimes be replaced
with “purpose” (e.g. arrangement of a conference). In other cases the
purpose can be to develop a method – e.g. a forecasting model.
Background
If needed, a short description of the background of the project. Why the
question has arisen? Are there other projects that should be mentioned?
Expected Deliverables
What is the project supposed to deliver? A scientific article? A report? A
computer program? Etc. How will the project be reported?
Approach and Methodologies
Description of how the project will be carried out. Specify the method and
data sources. Does not need to be long and can be divided into different
project stages.
Project Participants and Budget
Project leader and other participants. At best, specify functions. Total
budget and time estimation (hours/months etc) and cost per person, specified
per calendar year.
Indicate one sponsor per row and please note that one participant can be
indicated in several rows if needed. In the sponsor field please separate CTS
central fundings (state CTS) and the parties coo funding (VTI, KTH, JIBS
etc) and other external sponsors (Vinnova, Vägverket etc)
