Unique Laboratory Technology
Our laboratories consist of separate research & development and from clean
rooms for implementation. The clean rooms are coupled with facilities for antistatic
ESD protection reserved for implementation, testing, measurement, and
diagnostics. Along with separate warehouse space, all clean rooms create an
integrated ESP environment. All processes are supervised by information systems.
Our laboratories also have a separate server to ensure their full activity,
management, scheduling, archiving, and so on.
Guaranteed Production Spaces Purity
Our spaces are reserved for implementing the laboratory to guarantee
production, diagnostics and a storage environment within an appropriate crystal
clean operating room. Creating the desired purity in the relevant areas is provided
by both multistage air filtration HEPA filters, along with using and maintaining
constant pressure. Entry into the clean room during production has been secured
allowing for migrating across the room via electronic mode of operation. All rooms
are equipped with comprehensive resources, including ESD staff. Our clean rooms
are designed to meet the standards and requirements of Class D according to EN
ISO 14644.

The Department of Implementation
The Development and Implementation Laboratories Department of
Implementation consists of four mutually separate rooms. The first room (section
A, see page 28) is the entrance room to the purity spaces of the Department of
Implementation (section C). This room has it‘s own production area which is
composed of the following equipment described below. The two remaining rooms
are directly linked to section C and in section B there is a separate storage room
and in section D a separate Diagnostic & Testing Section of the Laboratories.
About LVR Lab
9/34
All of the rooms are ESD compatible with anti-static devices and with defined
purity spaces required for SMT production and diagnostics of small series. Defined
purity is achived through a steady pressure of air via 3-stage air filtering in all
rooms. The Department of Implementation offers the possibility to completely
implement the entire manufacturing process starting from applying the paste,
followed by casting and soldering PCB, plus cleaning and ending with final
adjustments, repairs or special PCB. The following devices are available from the
department.
