Score & Performance Reporting We are tied with another team but they are listed ahead of us? We beat them during the season, what are the tiebreakers? The website is pretty good at showing the standings as accurately as possible. However, there are some complex situations that are not easily resolved that must be hand analyzed at the end of the season. In cases where one or more teams are tied, the following procedure is used to break the tie. For all tiebreakers, if an uneven number of games have been played, any numerical measurements will be averaged over the number of games. Tiebreakers 1) Head-to-Head 2) Goal Differential (with a maximum of +/- 3 per game) 3) Most Wins (avg) 4) Fewest Losses (avg) 5) Fewest goals against (avg) 6) Kicks from the Penalty Mark In cases where there are more than two teams tied, head-to-head will only be applied if all three or more teams have played each other. If so and one team has lost to all of the others, that team is eliminated and the rest of the tiebreakers are applied to the remaining teams.
