Imaging is a vital tool in raising the profile of HAFC. It is also a way of
obtaining publicity for our sponsors. Imaging may take the form of
photographs in the media or on our website. In signing this form I
accept the following conditions and have ready and understood the rules
on imaging:
 Players may be photographed during matches or training
sessions
 Such photographs may be used for publicity purposes and/or
published in the press. They may also be captioned
 The copyright of all such images will remain the property of
HAFC
 There will be no restriction on the sensible and considerate use
of imaging equipment at club events
