A Full Loan means 6 days and a Half Loan means 3 days (2 weekdays and 1 weekend day) per week
WE WILL:

Give you help with developing your riding and horsemanship skills
Give you a weekly riding lesson included in the loan price
Arrange monthly horsemanship lessons free of charge
In case the horse may need to be sold, it will be offered to you first
If the horse is not suitable anymore, we try our best to find you a new on
Pay for all veterinary treatment for the horse
Let you ride another horse if your horse becomes ill
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:

If you wish to stop loaning the horse, you agree to give 1 month notice
Horse riding is a risk sport and we cannot take responsibility
You need to have your own insurance to ride the horse away from the farm
The horse may be used in riding school lesson
Riding lessons take priority
You must abide by the rules in the schools and can only use the big indoor school with prior permission
You are responsible to pay for the farrier
Someone needs to supervise you on weekdays from 5pm and Sundays 12.00pm if you are under 14
If you chose to break the rules or not follow advice, you may be excluded from lessons and activities
YOU AGREE TO:
(1) Treat and Look after the horse in the correct manner
(2) Use the horse as a companion and riding horse only
(3) Abide by all rules and follow instructions by staff to keep you safe
(4) Attend your weekly lesson to develop your riding
(5) Attend monthly horsemanship lesson to develop your knowledge
(6) Let us know if you think something is wrong with your horse, that it may be ill or needs the farrier
(7) Look after your horse’s tack and clean it once a week
(8) Make sure the horse has water and hay as needed when on the yard
(9) Tidy up any mess made by you or your horse in the schools and on the yard
(10)Ride for 45 minutes only in the school, including a warm up and cool down
(11)Help on the yard either one Saturday or two Wednesdays per month (arranger per schedule)
YOU AGREE NOT TO:

Remove the horse from Bryerley Springs without permission
Jump the horse without permission or an instructor
Ride bareback without permission or an instructor
Use the Cross Country field without permission or an instructor
Leave the horse tied up on the yard for longer than 4 hours
