Annual Golf ~Dinner Social

Golf:
This year, the Windsor Club will be hosting a special golfing event that will highlight all the fun that golf has to
offer. This tournament will be played from the friendly, forward tees (3,640 yards) and will offer the choice to
golfers of playing 18 or 9 holes. The emphasis will be on participation and fun and invitations will be extended to
the other Gyro Clubs in the District, as well as, to your local friends and acquaintances. It will be FUN for everyone
We ask everyone to arrive before 12:30 to get organized. Everyone who registers to play will receive their Tee-Off
time once they arrive. Again this year, the golf will be a mixed event and we are pleased to have our Lady Gyros
join us for golf and/or dinner. Pay green fees, carts and for dinner at the pro shop. Then go up stairs after 12:30 PM.
The following fees are being offered by the Golf Club:
Total costs for non-members: $80.00 ~ (tax and tips included)
{Green fees @ $40.00 & ½ a cart @ $15.00 & Dinner @ $25.00 =
$80.00 (tax & meal tips included)}.
AVGCC Members: $15 For Cart and $25.00 for Dinner ~ (tax and tip
included)
{1/2 Cart Rental @ $15 and $25.00 for dinner (tax & meal tip
included)}.
 Hors d’oeuvres during reception are included in the meal cost.
 Cash bar during reception.
Reception /Dinner:
Following the golf, there will be a one hour social (with hors d’oeuvres) starting at 5:00 pm, with dinner being served at
6:00 pm. The Dinner will be beef, vegetables, rolls, dessert and tea/coffee.
The cost for dinner only will be $25,
tax and gratuity included.
NOTE:
Avon Valley Golf Club Members are most welcome to attend this fun event. Green fee players too!!
There will be trophies awarded for achievement but everyone will leave with something. There will also be some
draw prizes for the larger group.
