How to complete this form Candidates complete the form in accordance with the Academic Promotion for Candidates Levels C-E Procedure. Please refer to the Monash HR academic promotion website. Candidates must: not alter set margins, fonts or font size defaults; not delete any irrelevant columns or tables unless instructed on the form; and use A4 black and white pages (or colours compatible with copying).
