2013/2014 Fellowship of Christian Athletes Master the Mountain(MTM)Club
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes Motocross Team and Paoli Peaks are Teaming up for the
third year to bring you the best prices and flexibility for skiing/snowboarding in an MTM club!
Paoli Peaks allows us to participate in the Master the Mountain (MTM) Club program and once
we reach 20 members it will become a fundraiser to send kids to Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Motocross Camp and to spread the GOSPEL! So please invite everyone you know to join our MTM Club.
These special club prices are only offered for a limited time only for the upcoming season. The
MTM Club price offers discounted season passes (one season pass per person), discounted rental and
other benefits. This pass has many benefits that go along with them and are NOT offered to the general
public. (Age to join this club is age 7-Adult). Please read the restrictions, if any for the season pass you
want to purchase closely.
We have 2 Meetings to explain the club, answer questions, purchase & update your pass
picture- October 27 OR December 1, 2013 @ Graeters in New Albany 2pm. At the meeting you will be
able to Purchase you MTM Club Season Pass with Credit Card(New This Year), Check-Payable to Paoli
Peaks or Cash. Please thank Graeters by bringing the whole family to enjoy some ice cream.
To become a club member you must purchase a MTM Season Pass by December 6,
2013. If you buy an Unlimited Season Pass you may want to wait to purchase your discounted rental if
you think you may buy your own equipment at the Ski Swap Sale November 9th & 10th, 11am-5p.
Remember you may purchase rental at the ticket window on the first day you ski/ride at the discounted
price. If you purchase the 6 Pack Pass Rental is included in that price. Details at paolipeaks.com click on

You MUST have your MTM Pass with you any time you want to redeem a Lift Ticket. Lost
Pass replacement fee is $50.
If you are considering purchasing an MTM Club Season Pass here are some things to consider:
-Please write in your visits to Paoli Peaks on your calendar to make sure your schedule will be
compatible with the pass you choose.
- Some passes go from Open to Close and one goes from January 1, 2014 to Close.
-You may use both of your $25 discounted lift tickets w/rental from Season Open to Close no matter
which pass you purchase.
What Products are offered through Master the Mountain Club?
You may choose between a 6 Pack Pass (6Pk) and Unlimited Pass. Both pass types include 1 Free Group
Lesson and include 2- $25 discounted Lift and Rental Tickets (regular price is $70).
6 Pack Pass (Ages 7+)

Not Offered to Public (Over $200 savings)
6Pk Passes are valid for one lift and rental ticket per day, up to 6 visits, and may be used consecutively. The 6Pk
pass includes 6 lift tickets, 6 ski/snowboard rentals, and 1 Free Group lesson. Beginning February 18, 2014, 6Pk
passes become valid for unlimited use (one ticket with rental per day) through the end of the season. BLACKOUT
DATES: MLK Weekend, January 18-20, 2014.
Unlimited Passes
Unlimited Passes are valid for one lift ticket per day – any day, any session - all season long with no blackout dates
or limitations. This membership includes 1 free group lesson, but no rentals; Seasonal rental and additional
lessons can be purchased for an additional charge.

What rewards do Master the Mountain Clubs receive
 Pass holder Rewards:

for $10 (regular price $20) all season long.
o 6 Pack Pass turns into Unlimited pass w/Rental February 18, 2014.
o (2) Discounted Lift and Rental tickets, redeemable for $25(valid from Season Open to
Close).
How do Club members purchase Master the Mountain Club passes?
Go to the Paoli Peaks website and purchase online by entering our specific Club Login information at
your convenience. Go to the paolipeaks.com home page in the upper right hand corner click on “Shop
Paoli Peaks” (it is written in Orange). Then click on “club login” It will ask you the information below:
(Upper/Lower and space case sensitive)

When do Club members receive their rewards?
The discounted lift and Rental tickets, as well as the Free Lesson is loaded onto your pass card, which
means the Pass holder will receive all rewards when they pick up their pass on their first visit. The
passholder and pass card must be present when rewards are redeemed. The free lesson can be
redeemed at ticket windows any day their pass is used.
At no point can passes or pass uses be sold. Doing so will result in a loss of all your MTM
Season Privileges and Rewards.
How do I Pick Up my Pass?
Unlimited Season Passes will be able to pick up their pass at the start of the season. Those who
purchased the 6 Pack pass may pick up their pass after Paoli Peaks opens, but will not be able to use the
6 visits until January 1st , you may use your two $25 discount passes before January 1st and MLK
weekend. ALL passes will be at the Ticket Windows. You must tell them you are in the Fellowship of
Christian Athletes MTM Club. All adults must bring a photo ID (Drivers License) and children must be
present to pick up their pass. All pass holders need to get their picture taken to update it for the season.
