Nomination: - To nominate a team, a Nomination Form must be completed and returned to AWFA with $100 Team Bond. ($100 Team Bond is held by AWFA to cover costs in the event of a team failing to attend a scheduled game). In the event part of the Bond is used, teams must restore their bond to the full $100 prior to playing any further game. Un-used Bonds will be returned to teams at the end of the season. Registration: - All players need to register. Registration is through the FFA “MyFootballClub” online system - Each player’s registration expires 30th September each year, and all players must re-register as of October 1st. Registration Fees: - Senior (turning 19 or older in 2011) = $50.00 – 12 month rego - Junior (turning 18 or younger in 2011) = $35.00 – 12 month rego - At the present time players are NOT required to provide a passport sized photo with registration. Team Fees: - Game Fees at the Lauren Jackson Sports Centre are $50 per Game. - Game Fees must be paid to the Sports Centre by the Team Captain/Manager prior to the team taking the field. Playing Rules: - All team managers nominating teams must ensure they read and abide by AWFA Futsal Handbook. Failure to abide by these terms will result in possible forfeiture of fees and or team/player withdrawal from the competition.
