My daughter has permission to participate in the Bridgeport
Sissies Basketball Camp. I have no knowledge of any
physical impairment that would affect or be affected by my
daughter’s participation in the Basketball Camp. In the
event of any emergency in which my daughter needs care, I
authorize the staff of the Bridgeport Sissies Basketball
Camp to act for me to obtain for my son whatever medical
treatment the staff in their best judgment deems necessary
and appropriate, I specifically waive and give up and
release the Bridgeport Sissies Basketball Camp, Bridgeport
Independent School District, and any staff members from
liability for any claim for damages which I or my daughter
may have for injuries or illnesses that she may sustain at
the Basketball Camp.

Dear Future Sissie,
On behalf of the entire Sissies coaching staff, we would like
to invite you to the 2017 Basketball Camp at Bridgeport
High School. We are looking forward to the opportunity to
work with you and share some ideas about the Sissies
Tradition. Our attention will be focused not only on
developing the fundamental skills necessary for Basketball,
but also on the importance of character and class. We
believe that through a first class athletic program young
people can learn lessons about discipline, teamwork, goal
setting, and leadership. These attitudes will be stressed
throughout the Basketball Camp. We are looking forward
to having you on campus for a week of basketball,
fellowship, and fun.
