Entry into this prize draw constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
The Promoter is Westpac New Zealand Limited (“Westpac”)
There is one prize in total consisting of $5,000 worth of travel vouchers from Flight Centre. Flight Centre terms and
conditions apply to the prize.
The prize draw entry period commences on 9 June 2016 at 8am and closes on 13 July 2016 at midnight.
To enter and be eligible to win you must do at least one of the following:

Email [email protected] and tell us in 100 words or fewer where your dream
holiday destination is and what you’d do there.
II.
Share your best holiday snap to Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #WestpacTravel and mention
@WestpacNZ (you must have personally taken or otherwise own the photo you share)
III.
Take up a Westpac Travel Insurance policy during the competition period.

One entry per entry method per person is permitted. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by Westpac and not at the time of transmission.

The random draw will take place on or about 14 July 2016 and the one winner will be selected from all valid entries
received during the entry period.

The winner will be notified by email or phone on or about 15 July 2016. If a winner is not able to be contacted within 3
days of the prize draw, the prize shall be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
8.
Each entrant consents to Westpac publishing his or her name, should they win on the REDnews website at
http://www.westpac.co.nz/rednews/rednews and in any other forum that Westpac deems reasonably appropriate.
9.
Employees of Westpac and Cover More and their immediate families and associated entities are not eligible to enter
or win.
10.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Westpac reserves
the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent
value without notice.
11.
Any attempt to re-sell or auction all or part of the prize will result in immediate cancellation of the prize.
12.
If for any reason beyond its reasonable control Westpac is not able to run the prize draw as planned, Westpac
reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, extend, amend, re-schedule or cancel (“Change”) the prize draw
at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the Change at
www.westpac.co.nz/rednews.

Westpac reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries at its sole discretion, and may disqualify an entrant for
(a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and
conditions; or (c) engaging in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. Westpac reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from any entrant involved in
such activities.
14.
All decisions made by Westpac are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or
Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Westpac and not to Facebook, Instagram or
Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for purposes as described in these terms and conditions.
16.
Each entrant releases and discharges Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from all risks, claims or actions of any kind
whatever and however occurring which may arise at any time from or in connection with, directly or indirectly, this
prize draw. Westpac accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
17.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Westpac (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes
all liability, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and
any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the prize draw or acceptance or use of the
prize. Westpac, its officers, representatives and agents will only be liable for loss which arises directly from its, his or
her own fraud or negligence.
18.
To the extent permitted by law, neither Westpac nor its agents take any responsibility for the quality of the prize once
it has been issued to the winners. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a
consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other statutory rights that the winner may have in
relation to the prize.
