Known issue: 4.2 – Folio Charge Report Displays No Transactional Information after updating to 4.2. Description: Folio Charges are being written at the Local sales point but are not being forwarded to the SQL Server, causing the Folio Charge Report to display no results. Work-around: Adding the following INI below to the [Preferences] Section to the Local Sales32c.ini, or the Group or Default INI (if multiple salespoints are involved) will allow the Folio transactions to forward [Preferences] TestCard=1 Please submit a footprint to have a tech help forward any previous transactions prior to putting in the test card ini. Footprint: Support #51402 and Issues #22981. Application: Sales 4.2.01.1399_11 and above. Special Note: Will need Helper Utility installed on the local sales point to forward the transactions. Helper can be downloaded from the Siriusware Portal.
