When you established your membership
at Cal Poly Federal Credit Union, a
wonderful thing happened. You became
an owner of the Credit Union. We know
our members have many options for
their banking and lending needs. We are
honored that you selected us to be your
partner in managing your personal
finances.
We want to reward you for your loyalty
and thank you for making Cal Poly
Federal Credit Union your primary
financial institution. Our Rewards program focuses on rewarding our members
for their participation. The more Credit
Union services a member uses, the
greater the rewards earned. Members
will earn free services, investment rate
bonuses, and loan discounts, simply by
taking advantage of the full range of our
services.


Your total financial relationship with Cal Poly Federal
Credit Union determines the level and benefits available to you. The more products and services you use
with us the more rewards points you’ll earn. Points
can be earned in five categories:
The Credit Union is your Primary Financial Institution—You use your Credit Union account as your
primary banking account. Your daily/weekly transactions indicate you rely on the Credit Union to provide
your primary financial functions, such as making purchases with your debit card or paying your bills form
your checking account. You also earn reward points
for each year of membership.
Self Service—There are numerous services available
to you which give you access to your money 24/7.
These services add tremendous value to your membership. They gives you the power of managing your
finances on your desktop, mobile device, tablet, or by
phone. You’ll love how these services make managing
your money easier. More electronic services will add
extra reward points to your membership tier.
Savings—You use your Credit Union as your
partner in savings. The more savings products
you have and the higher the savings balances,
the more reward points earned.
Lending—You use us for your borrowing
needs. We reward members for their loyalty
for bringing their lending needs to us. The
more loans and higher lending balances will
score higher rewards. Another great advantage
is we pay loan interest refunds to members
with Gold or Platinum tiers. The interest refund is paid monthly to your loan account.
Electronic Deposit Services—Earn reward
points by directing funds to your Credit Union
account electronically. Does your employer
offer direct deposit or payroll deduction? Do
you pay your Credit Union loans electronically? Check with your employer and ask them
for information to set-up direct deposit.
The cool thing about Membership Rewards is
you’re enrolled automatically. All member accounts are scored on the last day of the
month. Your score determines
the level of rewards for the following month. Your Member
Rewards level and the total
points scored will appear on
your monthly statement and
online banking.
